How to Display Graphitact Live Polls in OBS

Step 1: Get Your Poll Canvas URL

To get started, log in to your control panel to view your personalized OBS URL:

Ensure you have logged in to the control panel at least once to generate a valid OBS URL with your authentication token.

Go to Graphitact

Step 2: Open OBS Studio

Launch OBS Studio and follow the instructions below:

• Click on the + button in the Sources panel and select Browser.
• Set a name like "Live Poll from Graphitact" and click OK.
• Paste your copied Poll Canvas URL (from Step 1) into the URL field:

http://graphitact.ddns.net/your-username/canvas.html?authToken=YOUR_TOKEN

• Set the width and height to match your canvas size or stream resolution (e.g., 1920x1080).
• Click OK to add the Browser Source.

Step 3: Position the Poll Overlay

Use the OBS Preview window to adjust the position and size of the poll overlay:

• Drag the overlay to the desired location on your stream layout.
• Use the corner handles to resize the poll if needed.
• The page background of the poll will be transparent, and the poll backplate is a default grey, but you can upload a different custom background to personalize the look.

Step 4: Display Your Poll

Go to your Control Interface to create or show a poll:

• Create a new poll and click Show Poll.
• Return to OBS to see the live poll appear in your stream preview.

Step 5: Fine-Tune and Go Live!

Test your setup, adjust the layout as needed, and start streaming!
